FORT MYERS, Nov. 5– Alegacy picmong friends, Linda Treise CPA accepted the 2008 Legacy Award given by the American Red Cross of Lee County.

This recognition was in honor of her outstanding contributions in promoting and facilitating charitable giving in the Lee County community.
Treise, a CPA for Hughes, Snell and Co. PA, began her career in Lee County in 1974 with Taylor, Edenfield, Gilliam and Wiltshire. Since then, her manyphilanthropic contributions have been both personal and professional. Her work in assisting clients and peers in charitable giving has benefited our community for decades and continues to this day.
Each year, the Lee County Red Cross recognizes one community member who has not only positively influenced the Red Cross, but the community as a whole. The Legacy Award is bestowed upon an individual who has demonstrated leadership and achievement in the development of charitable planned giving for community-based organizations.
