JoAnne Holt
CPA
JoAnne Holt has lived in Fort Myers for over 27 years. She was born in Sacramento, California and traveled a lot during her childhood while her father was in the Air Force. JoAnne found her niche as a CPA specializing as an expert witness in litigation cases involving civil fraud and forensic accounting as well as criminal cases. JoAnne also has a colorful background in other business ventures including owning several pawn shops for over 13 years. She is now involved in two new start up ventures, one called Personalabs and the other StandbyHousing.com. Personalabs is an online and storefront business catering to individuals who want to self direct the blood testing and get the results online! StandbyHousing is website dedicated to bringing real estate owners and people going through divorce or separation together to provide temporary housing for those in transition. JoAnne was honored with the Presidential award from the Florida Association of Family and Conciliation Courts in 2003 for her exceptional leadership and exemplary service as the founding treasurer and board member. JoAnne is a member of many professional organizations and over the years has been involved in improving our family law court system. She was instrumental in the creation of the Pay or Appear program that is successfully helping collect unpaid child support payments. JoAnne is in the process of becoming a Guardian ad Litem to be able to help serve the community’s children in need. JoAnne’s greatest joy are her two children, Jessica and Robert.
