Planning ahead is the first step to a calmer and more assured response to disasters and emergencies. Talk with your family and develop a list of emergency contacts, agree on a designated meeting place and develop an evacuation plan.

Build A Kit
What you have on hand can make a big difference when disasters and emergencies happen – it could even save your life. Red Cross urges you to assemble and maintain a disaster supplies kit – including a first aid kit – in your home, car and office.
