You can register by phone by calling 239-278-3401.
With a major credit card, you can register over the phone or online and be guaranteed placement in your class. If you prefer to mail in a check, you will be registered but the space will not be held until the check is received.
Online - The American Red Cross of Lee County offers online registration for the majority of the Health and Safety Training we offer. Online registration is an easy way for you to select and register for classes at the time that is most convenient for you. Some basic instructions below will help you through the registration process. We recommend that you either print these instructions or open the link in a separate window to assist you while registering.

Basic Instructions
- In the Course Category section, scroll down to and highlight the type of course you are interested in “A1 – First Aid and CPR” Press “Search.”
- To the left of the Course list, you will notice small icons that look like this, ‘+’ Clicking on those icons will bring up a list of dates, times and locations for the course you selected.
- Selecting the Schedule ID number will provide additional class information. This opens in a ‘pop up’ window, so if you use a pop up blocker, disable it for this website. If you would like to enroll, select “Add to Cart.”
- At the logon screen, enter your Student ID and Password. If this is your first time utilizing the on line system, you will need to register by selecting, “Register.” If you have taken training with us after June 2006 you are probably in our system, call and inquire about your Student ID at 239-278-3401. This will help to reduce the number of duplicates in our system as well as giving you one location with your complete American Red Cross training history.
- Make a note of the automatically generated Student ID when you select your password. Complete the rest of the registration form. Select “Submit.”
- Once registration is completed, select “Return to Catalog” if you would like to enroll in additional classes. Otherwise, select “Checkout.”

The American Red Cross is the recognized premier provider of first aid, CPR, aquatics, water safety, HIV/AIDS prevention education, mission-related caregiving, and other health and safety education programs. Programs are developed in collaboration with experts from the fields of medicine, safety and aquatics and reflect up-to-date information and techniques. All courses are designed to teach the exact skills people need to know in an emergency and meet all mandated certification requirements.
Please note: some of our Red Cross classes are offered at the United Way Resource House in Cape Coral, which is located at 1105 Cultural Park Drive, Cape Coral, Florida, 33990. If you need directions to the United Way Resource House, you may call 239-772-1211. DO NOT CALL this number for information about the classes; the United Way Resource House does not maintain information about Red Cross classes or scheduling.
